How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry Nicole Ravachi didn’t meet your expectations! We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. For any returns, please contact us via email at customerservices@nicoleravachibrand.com. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Please include order number and return product Name in the email. Use RETURN ORDER#: __ as the email subject.

What’s your return policy?

We receive gently used products within 15 days of receipt. Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Please note: Only products purchased on Nicoleravachiskincare.com may be returned for refund or exchange.

When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund. Only containers with 75% of product may be returned.



How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return email, we will process your request within 3-5 business days. A return label will be provided via email.

Once your return package has arrived, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. All eGift card refunds will be processed to a new eGift card that will be sent to the customer’s original email. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. You will receive a Return Confirmation Email once your refund has been processed.



What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We are sorry for this inconvenience! Just reach out to customerservices@nicoleravachibrand.com. and we’ll send the correct product.



How do Gift returns or exchanges work?

All E-Gift card refunds will be processed to a new E-Gift card that will be sent to the customer’s original email. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. You will receive a Return Confirmation Email once your refund has been processed.
